- To create new opportunity/chance for rental and maintenance contract business.
- To meet with customers and site survey for rental and maintenance contract proposal.
- To prepare rental and maintenance contract quotation, proposal and contract agreement for customers.
- To cooperate with maintenance supervisor for scheduling of rental and maintenance contract work.
- To monitor and follow up with maintenance supervisor for work.
- To handle the customers’ complaints on the rental and maintenance contract.
- To coordinate with Administration team for payment invoicing and pending work.
- To perform other relevant tasks as required by Business Development Manager.

- Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, Power point…).
