Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the PicOS & RED outlets (develop standards, update Must have SKUs according to OBPPC Strategy and channel solutions).
  2. Facilitate and support the in-outlet brand activation (Shop signs, Canopies, light boxes & other customized occasion of brands & messages).
  3. Communicate/Share Picture of Success to respective provincial sales team.
  4. Collect and update the list of (closed or opened) outlets from sales managers weekly and review monthly.
  5. Ensure the RED outlets activation on target - in provinces.
  6. Weekly update the consolidated list of PicOS/RED (tracking on POSM Placement and PicOS contracts) outlets from Sales team.
  7. Prepare weekly report/ list to sales team.
  8. Prepare weekly and monthly conformity by ASM & Sales Representative.
  9. Provide briefing sales team at distributors - provincial ASM and Salesmen.
  10. Spot check the tracking outlets with auditors to ensure accuracy in provinces.
  11. Coordinate with KO and Agency team - provincial Auditors.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor in Sales, Marketing, Business development or in a related area
  2. At least 1-2 years in Sales, Marketing and Business Development in FMCG
  3. Good communication, Problem solving and Negotiation skills 
  4. Good communication in English language.
  5. Proficient in MS Office
