Responsibilities:

  1. Route riding with sales staffs in the market (Coaching)
  2. L3 Evaluation Sales performance during OJT
  3. Review/Feedback on good/poor Sales performance
  4. Coach: actively encourage all relevant team members to use information available to manage respective area of responsibility.
  5. Submit Sales performance report to manager
  6. Prepare training materials
  7. Conduct training to Sales Staffs
  8. L1 & L2 Evaluation
  9. Translate training modules from English to Khmer
  10. Twice yearly performance review conducted by end of June & end of December
  11. 100% compliance to BIG PDP guidelines
  12. Before recruited ensure that 100% is fit to competency requirement
  13. Control turnover less than Company standards
  14. 100% adherence to the requirement & selection policies
  15. All breach of HR policies & procedures reported to HR with 24 hours
  16. Comply with Company COBC
  17. Follow up BIG value
  18. 100% compliance to training administration documentation
  19. All individuals trained & developed 100% against development plan/identified gaps per competency
  20. All competency gaps identified for team members annually
  21. 100% adherence to process requirement set by TCCCS
  22. 100% compliance to internal & external audit
  23. Do OJT and Managed Training to Sales Staffs in South Region.

 

Requirements and Qualification:

  1. 2-3 year experience in related skills
  2. Bachelor’s degree of related major
  3. English proficiency
  4. Good intrapersonal, team building and commitment
  5. Employment & performance management
  6. Leadership & staff management
  7. Problem solving
