Track and monitor project progress, ensure effective implementation of new services/initiatives, and perform post-implementation review after launch.
Manage POS terminals, QR code, Bill Payments services, and online shopping (eCommerce) and assist merchants on machines/software installation, provide support effectively.
Manage in evaluating and inspecting legal business contracts and other supporting documents of all customers who request to use any acquiring service in accordance with the requirements of the bank accurately and clearly.
Timely manage acquiring service performance report for management.
Manage the monitoring of business progress of all merchants, analyze risk, visit regularly, collect information, complain and difficulties, or other suggestions for improvements in a timely manner.
Coordinate with relevant parties and suppliers of acquiring services to resolve transaction disputes quickly and accurately.
Manage terminal inventory and other related documents from the merchant properly.
Identify the shortcomings of the work process for improvement and provide support, train team to perform work effectively and timely.
