Manages monitoring on remaining cash balances and other issues of each ATM and ensures reports to related parties.
Negotiates, reviews, and manages ATM location leasing agreement in order to suggest related parties for renewal, new location on time (in case there is any changes), or relocation. This also includes sourcing of new ATM locations.
Proper plans and schedules for regular staff visits to ATM locations including ATM locations at branches to collect information on their status, security, hygiene or sanitation, ventilation system, decoration, logo and decals, lightings and illumination. Reviews visit reports and suggest related parties for improvement and or re-enforcement.
Produces ATM network performance reports and statistics and recommends for improvement where is necessary.
Manages provision of support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of applications and hardware.
Schedules and provides appropriate training staff at branches and related stakeholders on processes of all digital applications.
Help branches and other entities to identify and carry out feasibility study on requirements for digital systems/applications.
Collaborate with concerned entities in related application development, procurement of related equipment and devices, and roll out to branches.
Work with related stakeholders in conceptual designs and visualization of digital branch, and installation of digital systems at branches.
Digital application performance monitoring and statistics and report production.
