+Job Description
>Inventory Costing, including Raw Materials, Semi-Finished Goods and Finished
> Ensure monthly cost of goods sold by store accurate
Sales Pricing / Invoicing of Inventory to related parties
>Daily check and monitor local stock. Report discrepancy to Head of Brands and Head of Finance for further variance action.
>Weekly spot check stock movement at all stores and central kitchen. Report discrepancy and coach store manager to do the stock count.
>Coordinate in bi-year stock physical count, input and reconcile.
>Coordinate to get month-end stock balance from all outlets by 1st of the month. Verify and input into system for month-end cost calculation.
>Work on landed cost to ensure costing is input accurately and timely manner.
> Obtain all new recipe from all brands before product/program launched to ensure accurate cost of BOM.
Regularly follow up with all brands to obtain any revised menu recipe before product launched.
> Send accurate monthly average consumption by brand to procurement for correct stock order.
> Coordinate and verify on the new code with supply chain. Ensure information of each items are complete.
> Report to Brand Managers/GM on cost of Expiring Inventory
Report to CF0/GM the inventory reconciles sub ledger with G/L
> Other tasks assigned by Report and Planning Manager
++Job Requirements
>Minimum 3 year experiences in Accounting or Cost Accounting.
> Advance knowledge of Microsoft office, MS Excel and reporting tools
>Good communication
> Experience in the Food/ FMCG business is an advantage.
Knowledge of integrated ERP Systems.
> Good command in both spoken and written English
>Strong commitment
> Pro-active, initiative, responsible and a team player activity to prioritize works to reach deadline
