Contribute to the development of HR department goals and objectives.
Assist the Head of HR to manage, recruit, select, interview, and train new and existing staff.
Assist Head of HR to recommend promotion, suspension, dismissal, and/or transfer of staff at both Head Office and Branch Offices are in accordance with existing laws and regulations
Conduct planning, organizing, leading and controlling the activities and actions of the involved units under supervision smoothly.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Participate in developing and updating of HR policies, procedures and guidelines.
Build networking with external stakeholders such as Ministry of Labor, agencies, and others.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Develop and recommend other HRD interventions like job rotation, job enrichment, career path and progression scheme, coaching and counseling, etc.
Develop and assess training needs to apply and monitor effectively training programs.
Controlling and managing day-to-day internal operational issues.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
