Warehouse Officer (PPSEZ)

 Job Description:

  • - Receive parts arrival and parts binning:
  • - Arrange receiving parts by each receiving area
  • - Check to verify quantity of package against packing list
  • - Check package condition
  • - Check parts number and quantity for shorting
  • - Prepare goods received voucher for accounting & start binning (by parts number, by type,           shape)
  •  
  •   Arrange back-order parts to keep in special rack:
  • - Copy back-order list
  • - Check parts actual arrival against customers list
  • - Keep parts at special rack and update information on attached document
  • - Update back-order control board & inform to service advisor about parts arrival
  •  
  •  Stock allocation and stock refill:
  • - Daily supply TGMO to workshop
  • - Allocate immediately stock to branches
  • - Refill stock at fast moving location
  • - Arrange stock picking and packing for branch & arrange stock shipment to branches for urgent    request
  •  
  •  Warehouse safety patrol and 5S:
  • - Daily record of TGMO using in workshop
  • - Conduct daily safety patrol & cleaning warehouse (weekly)
  •  
  •  Support and others:
  • - Issue quotation for BP repair & supply parts and issue invoice for counter
  • - Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

 

 Job Requirement:

  • - High school/University degree in other related fields
  • - Experience in warehouse operation is preferable
  • - Excellent knowledge of communication and convincing skills
  • - Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • - Speedy and accuracy jobs requirement
  • - Hard-working and honesty
  • - Fair/Good in English both written and spoken
