This incumbent is responsible for cascading and supporting the planning, deployment and monitoring of trade activation programs with field team to deliver program critical metrics and company's commercial objectives. They will work closely with Field Marketing team and field sales team.
What will you do - Responsibilities
1.) Delivery of Territory Activities
- Strong ability to analyze and prioritize channels and territory opportunities to drive business growth to enable Field Force to clearly define territories' priorities and effectively deliver territory's objectives.
- Aligning strategic and tactical territory objectives (distribution, drop size, optimal contribution between wholesales & retails, SKU focus) assigned by respective RSMs.
- Proven expertise in creating and performing plans to enter Premium and Hi-End channels, from business proposal development, negotiation, and successful implementation
- Strong ability in maximizing the communication channels to drive a stronger focus on consumer experience programs.

2.) Program Proposals
- Proactively monitoring competitors' movements, timely and effective make necessary counter proposals to project JTI business.

3.) Program Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation
- Coaching, coordinating and enabling Field Force team to successfully execute trade programs
- Preparing vital inputs into relevant and necessary systems of program monitoring.
- Monitoring, analysing and candidly evaluating programs' performance and KPIs and its impact during and post implementation.

4.) Building Sustainable and Quality GROWH Program Implementation
- Championing and nurturing mindset to achieve sustainable & quality impacts during and post programs
- Working with Field Force team to ensure that quality and consistent follow-ups and services for quality outlets post program implementations.

5.) Relationship Management
- Maintaining ideal and productive relationship with key relevant M&S team, Field Marketing team and working Field Force team as one team to coach, coordinate and deliver program's successes

Who are we looking for - Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Minimum 3 years in leading sales person in relevant FMCG company
- Candidate is required to have driving licence
- Execelent Khmer communication skills (Khmer only)
- Strong English communication
- Proficiency in Chinese or Indo-language (Bahasa) are preferred
- Communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Sales and Marketing experience (Territory and Consumer segmentation)
- Time Management skills
- Planning and result Management
- Strong collaborative skills (Internal and cross functions)
