1. Job Responsibilities

  • - Escalate Customer Issues to the appropriate PassApp Team when unable to resolve inside the Call Center.
  • - Well follow-up with colleagues to provide the best service to PassApp Customers.
  • - Maintain good relationships with PassApp Customers and Potential PassApp Customers.
  • - Communicate professionally with PassApp Customers (and potential customers)
  • - Other tasks assigned by the manager.

  • 2. Job Requirements 
  • - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • - Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet & Email.
  • - Be able to communicate in English. Chinese speaking is a must.
  • - Good at communicating with the customer.
  • - Strong problem-solving abilities.
