1. Job Responsibilities
- Escalate Customer Issues to the appropriate PassApp Team when unable to resolve inside the Call Center.
- Well follow-up with colleagues to provide the best service to PassApp Customers.
- Maintain good relationships with PassApp Customers and Potential PassApp Customers.
- Communicate professionally with PassApp Customers (and potential customers)
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
2. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet & Email.
- Be able to communicate in English. Chinese speaking is a must.
- Good at communicating with the customer.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
