Job Description
To monitor and provide maintenance to computer systems, hardware and network such as installing and configuration of computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical and applications problems.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain IT Support operation, application and IT planning to ensure smooth day-to-day operations;
- Maintain user connectivity including Switch, patch panel, WiFi, patch cord;
- Perform minor repairs to hardware, software and equipment as requested by co-workers on a timely manner;
- Ensure software is installed for users following by standard software list with proper permission.
- Provide email configuration, installation of technical equipment but not limit to PC, printer, scanner, TV advertising, Queue machine and desk phone;
- Provide troubleshooting, resolve problems as well as technical assistance and support;
- Develop training materials and procedures, and/or train users in the proper use of hardware and software;
- Provide technical support and service as assigned and requested by line manager.
Skills and Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Any IT experiences;
- Strong Knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, Microsoft 365, PC, Laptop, peripheral. Knowledge of CISCO or Huawei is additional;
- Basic understanding of the Bank Support operations, IT Security, Rules and Regulations, laws, and risk management;
- Good customer services skills;
- Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English;
- Good teamwork, problem solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
