Position Title: B2B – Commercial Sale Executive
Reporting Line: B2B Manager – Commercial & Aviation
Key Responsibilities:
- - A primary function is to follow a formulated define strategy that’s including a contribution of Commercial sale with reliable/efficiency of the sale team to achieve Company objectives in order to maintain sustainable growth and profitability.
- - To recommend, implement, and on ongoing review to ensure that performance is in line with a changing of Group and Company objectives.
- - The Commercial sale must be effectively managed at all levels (personnel, administration, costs, selling price etc.) to maintain good margin and volume.
- - Identify and directly handle with key segments such as Transport, Civil Engineering, Industries, Public & Private institution, Agriculture, Automotive OEM etc.
- -Maintain good relationship, communication, and to provide market intelligent to B2B Manager to develop Commercial business in the subsidiary.
Accountabilities:
- - Responsible for the B2B performance of Commercial sale in accordance with business objectives.
- - To achieve business objectives assigned from year to year. In addition to increase sales volume, financial risk analysis and payment collection must be more focused and the overdue reduction gradually.
- - Assisting in customer profile analysis before giving the credit limit and term to customers.
- To comply with the company’s Code of Conduct and HSEQ rules and policies.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor, Master or equivalent degree in business marketing, management or economic.
- Experience and knowledge: At least 3-year experience in sales, preferably in oil industry or B2B environment, 1-year managerial role in a multinational company environment is preferred.
- Skills: Ability to work independently; market analysis, marketing, and sales strategies.
- Languages: Good communication skills in Khmer, English and Chinese is a plus.
- Be creative and responsive to business being handled.
