We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance activities, ensuring the efficient operation of our facility and the safety and satisfaction of our guests. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to facility management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and train the maintenance team.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Ensure timely repairs and maintenance of equipment, systems, and facilities.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage the maintenance budget and control costs.
- Oversee inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and ensure 24/7 availability.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
REQUIREMENT
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Flexibility to handle emergencies and work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in maintenance or facility management are a plus.
