Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

Salary: Negotiate

Reporting to Head of Sales

Work Location: Country Sales 25 Provinces and Capital of Phnom Penh.

Working Days Monday to Saturday

Working Hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

 

Simply put, assistant sales manager is the person who is responsible for leading an organization’s sales team.

 

Key responsibilities:

•Monitor the sales performance of Food &Beverage and None Food Channel, of the company’s target, closely

to ensure the sales volume.

•Drive and support technical sales representatives and team to meet and exceed monthly targets.

•Support the achievement of the company’s commercial strategies and objectives.

•Analyse competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies.

•Develop and operate the sales information system, within the commercial department, to achieve continuous

insight into the sales performance.

•Ensure each salesperson, is appropriately trained in soft skills and product knowledge to allow our brand

leadership.

•Evaluate metrics on specific product lines.

•Present and sell company’s products to potential customers.

•Resolve customer complaints by investigative problem developing solutions, preparing reports, and making

recommendations to management.

•Maintains a long-time relationship with existing accounts and potential accounts.

•Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational.

•Service existing customer accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing

daily work schedules to call on existing or potential accounts.

•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results and needed.

•Build a customer base to maximize sales.

•Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services and resolving customers' complaints.

•Supervise the accounts receivables team in collecting the payment and balances to customers.

 

Requirement:

⮚Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any field.

⮚At least 4 Years of working experience in the Food industry is required for this position.

⮚Proven records in sales/distributor/Key Account management.

⮚Preferably, Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales Performance Required Skills: Sales, Food & Beverage

Service, Literacy, and Team Player Management.
