Job Title : Sales Supervisor

Reporting to Sales Manager
Work Location: Country Sales 25 Provinces and Capital of Phnom Penh.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Area Sales Supervisor are professional individuals who provide a vital line of support to Sales Manager in
many ways. For example; Managing and handling calls, providing a liaison with customers in previous, mid and posts-
purchase positions, managing records and logs, and ensuring a focus and productive workforce
Key responsibilities:
•Supporting those in managerial positions.
•Take on a leadership role with Professional Sales Associates and assist with opening sales and closing sales
•Works closely with all staff members and merchandise coordinator to maintain all visual standards
•Collects and compiles data to identify opportunities for service improvement.
•Maintain client standards set forth by the District Manager.
•Displays problem-solving abilities, taking action when necessary.
•Displays a customer focus by being an effective sales floor leader.
•Monitoring/managing quote request queues in Salesforce and generate quotes related to new orders,
amendments, and renewals as directed by the sales team.
•Coaching, mentoring and developing staff in the field to ensure account executives and team as a whole
achieve monthly goals.
Requirement:
⮚Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any field.
⮚At least 2 Years of working experience in the Food industry is required for this position.
⮚Proven records in sales/distributor/Key Account management.
⮚Preferably, Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales Performance Required Skills: Sales, Food &
Beverage Service, Literacy, and Team Player.
