Type of Position: Graduate Job
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- - Assist HR & Admin Assistant Manager in full spectrum of HR function including Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement
- - Handling administration duties in HR field, including but not limited to attendance management, leave records management, letter preparation, contract preparation and etc.
- - Provide general office administrative & clerical support to the HR and Administration department
- - Take care of internal or external customers on various matters, e.g. answer general questions related to HR and Administration, stationary ordering, contact with building management office, company funding application & follow up, handling air-tickets, accommodation & car arrangement for business trips, etc.
- - Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

YOU COME WITH
- - Higher Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- - Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- - Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
- - Willing to learn and accept new challenges
- - Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- - Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
- - Fresh graduates will also be considered
