WHAT YOU'LL DO
- - Assist in tracking orders within the logistics process to ensure timely dispatch and smooth delivery to customers.
- - Maintain close communication with logistics companies, warehouses, internal teams and external teams to coordinate delivery processes and resolve any issues.
- - Organize and record logistics data, generate regular reports, and help identify areas for process improvement in the supply chain.
- - Assist in handling returns, exchanges, and customer complaints to ensure high-quality logistics services and customer satisfaction.
- - Participate in optimizing supply chain processes and propose improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- - Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
YOU COME WITH
- - Degree holder in Supply Chain Management/Logistics/Statistic/Information Technology or other related disciplines
- - Min. 5 years’ experience in demand and supply planning preferably in factory
- - Experience in implementation & improvement of inventory control system will be an advantage
- - Programming and excellent Excel skills are highly preferred
- - Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- - Candidates with more experience will be considered as Officer
- - Immediate availability is preferred
