SAHAS E&C CO., LTD

Support all kinds of procurement administration works for the procurement office, including filing, data entry, receiving/sending bidding documents to suppliers, follow up the delivery/receive of goods/service, copy documents, meeting arrangement with subcontractor/suppliers, and other job assigned by procurement manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • -Filing: support purchasing officer and procurement manager in filing all purchasing transactions, contracts, supplier list, and especially subcontract agreement in proper order to be able to access quickly and secured.
  • -Copy document: Support the purchasing officer and procurement manager in copying all documents assigned.
  • -Follow up the delivery/received of goods/services: Support procurement officers in following up the delivery of goods/service that being delivered by supplier/subcontract as well as the receiving by project staff.
  • -Meeting arrangement with supplier/subcontractor: Supplier arrangement the meeting between the procurement manager/procurement office with suppliers/subcontractors by handling phone call, booking meeting rooms, and prepare documents for meeting per assigned.
  • -Data entry: support the procurement officer/procurement manager on data entry based on assigned tasks
  • -Support RFP sending/receiving: support procurement officer/manager in communicating/sending the RFP to subcontractor as well as received documents.
  • -Update PR status in Database: to update status of assigned PR to procurement office on regular based
  • Support bidding Administration: Prepare all bidding document from start to end.
  • -Support PO posting in QuickBooks:
  • Support update IMLSupport updating SML
  • Other Tasks assign by the procurement Manager: ​​ He/she will also support for other tasks that would be assigned by the procurement manager.

REQUIREMENT

  • -Bachelor's Degree major in Accounting or Finance field/business administration.
  • -One to two years of experience in the related field.
  • -Positive attitude, Critical thinking
  • -English language: good writing & speaking
  • -Computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel spreadsheet)
