Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Team Leader to supervise the packing activities within our outdoor decoration and garden products operations. This role is responsible for coordinating daily activities, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- -Lead and supervise multiple packing lines & assembly areas.
- -Assist with planning and allocating daily workloads to meet production schedules.
- -Monitor performance and ensure optimal operation of packing lines.
- -Supervise line changeovers and setups.
- -Conduct quality checks to ensure kit products meet specifications & BOMs.
- -Assist with troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions.
- -Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company policies.
- -Train and mentor team members to improve skills and performance.
- -Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- -Report on production metrics, downtime, and improvement opportunities.

Key Qualifications and Skills:
- -Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
- -Intermediate competency in English preferred (but not essential).
- -Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications preferred (but not essential).
- -Experience in kit packing, preferably in furniture or outdoor products (but not essential).
- -Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- -Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- -Basic computer literacy (e.g., production reporting systems, email).
