SC-GEP shall implement academic program and school operations activities and business objectives of NTC Group and its campus.

  • *Responsibility 
    - To implement academic programs, policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure the quality excellences of schools’ academic programs;
  • - To monitor, evaluate and improve school curriculum, materials, teaching procedures, and guidelines to implement effectively.
  • - To coordinate, observe, and assessment for teachers’ teaching to improve and strengthen teaching quality
  • - To coordinate, observe, and assessment for students learning to improve and strengthen learning quality.
  • - To manage classroom environment to support the concepts and environment of teaching and learning.
  • - To prepare teachers’ schedules to align with school operations and academic programs.
  • - To provide academic professional training and teaching methodology to the teachers
  • - To manage the social event, meetings, and field trips, and conduct student contests to promote value-added service to the public and learning quality.

 

*Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor of Education in TESOL or Education Leadership and Management;
  2. Minimum of 02 years experience in GEP academic programs;
  3. Good English proficiency, proven by at least a TOEFL of over 500;
  4. Good knowledge of teaching and learning assessment;
  5. Working knowledge of teacher training methodology;
  6. Good negotiation and influencing skills;
  7. Good communication and interpersonal skills; 
  8. Working knowledge of MS Office skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; and
  9. Demonstration of ability to work on multi-tasks to meet deadlines and under pressure;
  10. Demonstration of good leadership/ teamwork spirits;
  11. Strong commitment to diversity
