I. The receptionist shall serve customers with courtesy, control student enrolment and record, income report, school inventory and other office supports to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of reception operations within its campus of NTC Group.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field;
  2. At least 01 years in customer services with education institutions;
  3. Good negotiation and influencing skills;
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills; 
  5. Good command in English of both spoken and written; 
  6. Working knowledge of customer services and office support;
