I. The Learning and Development Manager shall manage and implement the organizational development, management trainees program and learning & development to establish succession planning and talent management to maintain successors for the future needs within NTC Group’s head office and its assigned campuses.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Master in management or appropriate related field (HR discipline is a plus);
2. A minimum of 05 years of experiences at a management level in HR;
3. Experience in organizational development; learning &development; and management trainees program;
4. Working knowledge of succession planning and talent management;
5. Good communication, interpersonal, leadership, influencing skills and team spirit;
6. Good command of English;
7. Knowledge of HRIS.
8. Demonstration of ability to work under pressure;
9. Strong commitment to diversity;
