Customer acquisition and onboarding to sign up for CASA, Debit Card and M2U products and ensure proper KYC is conducted
Cross-sell and up-sell Maybank products and services to existing customers
Ensure high quality of service is rendered to customers throughout the customer journey life cycle e.g. acquiring, engaging and retaining. Building and maintaining relationship with customer to understand their real needs.
Perform post onboarding regular call with customer to seek for customer feedback, at the same time continue nurturing the relationship to seek potential cross-sell and up-sell opportunities (100-day post onboarding program).
Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the Pop-up area
Other duties and tasks assigned from time to time by the line manager.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in finance and banking, accounting or any relevant field
Obtain at least 1 year working experience in sales from any industry
Possess good sales, customer service and advisory knowledge and understanding
Good problem solving, negotiation and interpersonal skill
Good communication in both Khmer and English language, understanding Chinese language will be a plus.
