Job Description

The prospective incumbent is to establish and maintain good relationship with customers in order to attract higher deposit and loan growth.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Inbound cross-sell Maybank products to potential customers and existing customers.
  2. Acquire customers for deposit products.
  3. Provide referrals for loan customers.
  4. Ensure high quality provider service is rendered to customers.
  5. Understand well on customer’s needs.
  6. Possess good product knowledge.
  7. Create CIF for the opening of accounts for Savings, Current and Fixed Deposits.
  8. Perform proper KYC and other appropriate checking.
  9. Foster good relationship with management, fellow colleagues and customers.
  10. Control trade finance. i.e TR, LC.
  11. Control Loan, i.e OD.
  12. Accomplish management supplementary requirement on own initiative.
  13. Introduce customers the feature of M2U and guide its usage.
  14. Ensure timely submission of reports to relevant stakeholders.
  15. Other duties and task assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  1. At least Bachelor’s degree/Professional Qualification in Finance/Business Administration or equivalent.
  2. Good command of written and spoken of English language.
  3. Proficiency in other languages like Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  4. Good communications and interpersonal skills.
  5. High commitment.
  6. At least 2-year experience.
