Job Description

The prospective incumbent is responsible for selling and marketing activities such as targeting Branch’s customers, increases customer base, acquire new customers and cross selling existing/new products to meet the branch target and branch KPI. This role is also to ensure great services and experiences provided to the customer.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Build and manage a portfolio of highly-valued client relationship.
  2. Identify and forge robust relationships with key business contacts and influencers.
  3. Seek referrals and cross-selling opportunities from existing/new customers to other business units of Bank.
  4. Support Branch Manager to drive customer deposit business
  5. Market Bank’s full range of products and services.
  6. Ensure clients with defined set receive advice and service of the highest order appropriate to the value of the relationship.
  7. Pro-actively develop and maintain a detailed understanding of customers at branch.
  8. Develop and execute customer strategies to identify new targets and realize new share of wallet opportunities.

Job Requirements

  1. At least Bachelor’s Degree/ Professional Qualification in Marketing/Accounting/Finance/Economics or equivalent.
  2. At least 4 years' experience in this field.
  3. Good command of English language and Chinese.
  4. Good communications and interpersonal skills.
  5. Good critical thinking and problem solving skills.
