Job Description
The prospective incumbent is responsible for selling and marketing activities such as targeting Branch’s customers, increases customer base, acquire new customers and cross selling existing/new products to meet the branch target and branch KPI. This role is also to ensure great services and experiences provided to the customer.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of highly-valued client relationship.
- Identify and forge robust relationships with key business contacts and influencers.
- Seek referrals and cross-selling opportunities from existing/new customers to other business units of Bank.
- Support Branch Manager to drive customer deposit business
- Market Bank’s full range of products and services.
- Ensure clients with defined set receive advice and service of the highest order appropriate to the value of the relationship.
- Pro-actively develop and maintain a detailed understanding of customers at branch.
- Develop and execute customer strategies to identify new targets and realize new share of wallet opportunities.
Job Requirements
- At least Bachelor’s Degree/ Professional Qualification in Marketing/Accounting/Finance/Economics or equivalent.
- At least 4 years' experience in this field.
- Good command of English language and Chinese.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Good critical thinking and problem solving skills.
