1.Graduated bachelor’s degree of Business Administration in HRM/Management or other related fields

2.Minimum one year working experience in Recruitment and Selection Process for other Banks /MFIs

3.Good knowledge of Cambodian Labour Law, Recruitment and Selection Process, Job Analysis, Personnel Planning and Needs

4.Good knowledge of Cambodian Labour Law, Recruitment and Selection Process, Job Analysis, Personnel Planning and Needs

5.Good knowledge of job fair, walk-in interview, corporation with University/Institution.  

6.Good English and computer literacy (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint on Microsoft Office Photoshop).

7.Good knowledge and concept design

8.Good analytical, communication.

9.Flexible, dynamic, and energetic

10.Good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.

11.Good intuition and understanding of people's qualities.

12.Good negotiation with people.
