Duties and Responsibilities
Maintenance and Monitor system performance on daily basis and report incident case to line manager. Prepare Weekly and Monthly Monitoring and Performance Report.
Support business request on enhancement and resolve production issue as part of business as usual – BAU tasks.
Collaborate closely with development team and support team on incident and problem base on its priority and category by following SLA.
Conduct code reviews, identify potential issues, and suggest improvements to maintain code quality and consistency.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the in-house development landscape.
Document technical specifications, user manuals, and other development artifacts.
Skills Specifications
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar relevant field. Experience in System Development with JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery CSS, HMTL5, C# .NET, entity framework or Java, spring boot.
Understanding of object-oriented concepts, design patterns, API and application frameworks.
Understanding in SDLC and STLC.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of Agile development methodology.
Ability to work under pressure and highly self-motivated.
