Customize Form, Design form and map business process flow into LOS, Collection and Lead System. Maintain user request to access LOS, Collection and Lead System through mobile and web application.
Collect, Analysis issue root cause and raise ticket to vendor for the resolution by following SLA.
Assist in documentation, update and prepare test cases and test scenarios.
Analyze requirements and propose technical solutions and estimate development timeline.
Implement and update security on mobile apps.
Develop/maintain mobile apps using swift & kotlin as required by company.
Involve & assist all software testing and Analyze & troubleshoot production issues.
Manage third-party accounts for development team.
Prepare and control testing environments & users and prepare and organize project-related documents.
Monitor security, performance, and crashes of mobile apps.
Communicate with related teams and manager to report and follow-up issues.
Participate in daily scrum meetings as well as sprint planning and other scrum meetings.
Update Jira assigned tickets frequently and accurately, and other tasks will be assigned by line manager.
Skills Specifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. experience in mobile application development (Android, iOS, or both) is a plus.
Proven track record of successfully designing, developing, and launching high-quality mobile applications.
Strong understanding of mobile development concepts including UI/UX design principles, performance optimization, memory management, and security best practices.
In-depth knowledge of at least one primary mobile development language (e.g., Kotlin for Android, Swift for iOS) and experience with additional languages (e.g., Java for Android, Objective-C for legacy iOS).
Expertise in relevant mobile development frameworks and tools (e.g., Android Studio, Xcode, Flutter, React Native).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Effective communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
