• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company standards.
• Taking orders from customers professionally and recommending menu items when necessary.
• Handle all cash transactions using cash registers or POS systems with accuracy.
• Work efficiently and accurately to handle high customer flow.
• Monitor espresso quality and feedback to senior barista if brewing parameters are not within acceptance.
• Engage customers with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in stock management and inventory controls.
• Participate in barista training and other related job trainings.
