  2. Key of Report       
  • Ensure the independent role of compliance officer by receiving, analyzing and reporting any STR to CAFIU
  • Be the reference point for the AML/CFT measures has established, including employee training and reporting and escalating  of suspicious transactions report (STR) and cash transaction report (CTR);
  • Ensure the Summary on number Report of suspicious transactions report (STR) and cash transaction report (CTR) to Risk & Compliance Committee (Board Independent)
  • AML Risk Assesment Report
  1. Identify and mitigate Mohanokor’s non-compliance, legal and reputation risks
  • Follow up the compliance of laws and regulations issued by the regulatory bodies with the help of legal officer:
  • Analysis of legislative change to enable forewarning of non-compliance risk;
  • Participate in validating of new products or activities and other amendment in existing policies and procedure; and
  • Assist business units in seeking approvals/exemption from local authorities (NBC...);
  1. Implement and ensure Mohanokor’s daily operation compliant with laws, regulations and industrial standards issued by regulatory bodies, creditors, other stakeholders and the company’s policies and procedures 
  • Follow up the compliance of the company’s policies and procedures via:
  • Develop Dedicate Controls Policy and Procedure to make sure that subordinates well aware of the scope checking, the methodology on how to perform, and the controlling area which the potential risks are control effectively and reduce promptly;
  • Develop the Fraudulent Checking Methodology to improve the capacity of Management Controls and Dedicate Control to make sure that Fraud Activity is control effectively;
  • Develop annual dedicate controlling plan to performs dedicate controls by deeply analysis on the potential risk both in Departments, and Provincial and Branch levels;
  • Sub-target Dedicate Controlling plan for all subordinates to be achieved long-term goals;
  • Performs independent ex-post controls (Dedicate Controls) both Mohanokor Levels and client visit if needed to find out non-compliance with Mohanokor Policy and Procedure
  • Recommend on the weaknesses of Mohanokor Policy and Procedure in-term of Risk uncontrollable;
  • Finalized dedicate controls report conducted by risk control officers;
  • Work closely with Risk Practice Unit to improve ICS policies and procedures to make sure Risk is controllable regarding to ICS policies and procedures; and
  • Conduct deeply analyzed on Internal Audit Report and Internal Control Report done by Management Controls; in order to, find out the weakness area to be performed Dedicate Controls.
  1. Design, maintain and update Mohanokor’s compliance manual 
  • Design, maintain and update Mohanokor’s AML/CFT policies and procedures via:
  • Ensure the effective implementation of the appropriate AML/CFT procedure at head office and provincial level including Know Your Customer rule, record keeping, on-going monitoring, reporting of suspicious transactions and combating the financing of terrorism;
  • Conduct compliance check at the branches to find AML/CFT issues;
  • Identify AML/CFT risks associated with new products or services or arising from the Mohanokor’s operational changes, including the introduction of new technology and processes;
  • Ensure the awareness of all employees of AML/CFT measures including policies, control mechanisms, and channel of reporting by providing them training and updating of internal and external general provisions and regulations; and
  • Monitor and execute annual environmental and social protection plan in conjunction with related department and business partners.
  1. Involve in developing the environmental and social policies and procedures;
  • To be in charge of good implementation of MOHANOKOR’s policies and procedures on Environment and Social via:
  • Monitoring the organization of training session on awareness on Environmental and Social risk to staffs;
  • Participation in Seminar or workshop with national and international partners; and
  • Monitoring on Social and Environmental risks.
