Key Responsibilities:

• -Collaborate on digital app projects with designers and PMs to optimize UI and workflows according to project plans and existing design guidelines.
• -Plan and propose user-friendly service models for both online and offline processes.
• -Ensure compliance with design guidelines for various platforms to maintain a consistent user experience.
• Qualification Requirement:
• -Engage in agile development, maintaining close communication with PMs, engineers, QA, and team members.
• -Other tasks will assign by supervisor
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Design or related field
• At least 3 years of experiences in App UI or UX design.
• Experience in planning information architecture, features, and workflows, with knowledge of development implementation and optimization.
• Work with international designers to complete screen designs and establish user-friendly design system guidelines.
• Capable of leading proposal reports, familiar with the Design Thinking Process, and able to explain design concepts and logic.
• Knowledgeable about design guidelines for both iOS and Android (Google Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines).

Proficient in visual design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
