Key Responsibilities:
- -Manage network related to domain control
- -Manage, implement and support the day-to-day of an IT operational works.
- -Responsible for end-user’s computer issues and general IT technical supports.
- -Maintain and manage hardware and software such as Email, Surveillance Camera Security, Server, Firewall, Network equipment and Antivirus System. - Other technical tasks support
- -Recording and handling on document related such as SOP, Guideline, Software Documentation, Procurement etc.
- Qualification Requirement:
- Fresh graduated from bachelor degree or year 2 student
- Experiences in Computer Science/Management of Information System or in related fields.
- Has basic communication in English
- Being able to work as team and maintaining good relationship with teammate
- Be able to cope with problem solving and challenging
- Good time management
- Can support task in a flexible working time during the maintenance outage time.
- Passion with IT environment and love to learn the new technologies - Knowledge in banking and business industries is optional.
Has ONE of the following skills is preferred:
- Windows Server/Linux Server/Storage(NAS/SAN) Management
- Network Management (Router/ Switch/ Firewall, or has the OSI network concept)
- PC Management and common IT concept or graduated from IT related departments
- IT Security Knowledge (Technology Risk Management)
- Data Center Infrastructure Knowledge (facility/electricity/cabling/CCTV/telecom)
- Software Architecture knowledge
