Job Specifications:
1. Acting as a communication liaison between the Sales Team and Partners assigned by Manager
2. Preparing and present project sale & development monthly report to head of sale
3. Preparing the property market research & Data analysis
4. Sale Operation and reporting (CRM): tools for tracking lead and sales activities, and prepare regular reports on sales performance for management review
5. Coordinate Client meetings, Property viewings, and negotiations to maintain and build client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
6. Creative problem solving & Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
7. Other tasks as assigned by Head of Sales & Sales Manager
Job Requirement:
1. Experience managing team to drive the sales of properties
2. Strong business Networking and Presentation
3. Graduated BA Degree in Business Management/Sales &Marketing or other related fields.
4. Good Verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Good in Khmer and English language both speaking and writing.
6. Good with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
