  • Your main responsibilities will focus on:
  1. Performing all passenger services activities such as welcoming, announcing, and providing information;
  2. Ensuring the high quality of customer services for passengers and airlines;
  3. Reporting to the Passenger Services Supervisors for any irregularity;
  4. Working on shift rotation.
  • If you are/have:
  1. Legal working age;
  2. High School Certificate or fresh graduate is advantage;
  3. Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English, knowledge of any other languages is a plus;
  4. Good knowledge of Computer Skills (MS Office, Email and Internet …);
  5. Pleasant and charming personality with good interpersonal skill;
  6. One year experience in customer services is an advantage;
  7. Physically and mentally fit and be able to work under pressure;
  8. Ability to adapt to new changes and challenges;
  9. Confident and a highly motivated person;
  10. Punctuality, teamwork spirit and can-do attitude.
