  • Your assignments will mainly focus on:
  1. Managing the Handling Agents (HA) Team and GSE agents;
  2. Ensuring that all assigned manpower & equipment are properly allocated at each responsible work place;
  3. Be in charge of general supervision of all ramp activities for some specific flights;
  4. Working on shift (flexible working schedule rotating within 24h/7d);
  5. Wearing Uniform and individual safety equipment.
  • If you are/have:
  • Cambodian nationality and legal age;
  1. Minimum two-year-experiences in relevant field;
  2. Minimum High School Degree and Upper Degree is an advantage;
  3. Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English, knowledge of any other languages are an advantage;
  4. Good knowledge in computer skills (Microsoft Offices, Internet & Email etc.….);
  5. Be able to supervise, lead, coach and can work under pressure with less supervision;
  6. Have strong commitment and high contribution to company’s vision, mission and core values;
  7. Good professional records and recommendation from line management & seniority will be considered as a plus;
  8. Passed Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) for Handling Agent and Loading Personnel;
  9. Must have valid Driving License at least category B;
  10. Have good knowledge of Ground Support Equipment;
  11. Be highly confident and motivated person;
  12. Have good communication and behavior;
  13. Be flexible and able to adapt new changes and challenges;
  14. Be physically and mentally fit and can-do-attitude.
