Overseeing, coordinating and managing the daily ramp activities including equipment and Ramp personnel to simultaneously ensure on time performance and ramp safety;
Working harmoniously and acting as representative between CAMS, Airlines and other business partners in order to provide the best quality of service;
Reporting timely to Ramp Services Deputy Manager particularly for any irregularity and must report to Operations Services Manager (OSM) in the absence of RSDM;
Working on shift (flexible working schedule rotating within 24h/7d);
Wearing Uniform and individual safety equipment.
If you are/have:
Legal working age;
Minimum High School Degree and Upper Degree is an advantage;
Minimum two year experiences in relevant field;
Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English, knowledge of any other languages are an advantage;
Good knowledge in computer skills (Microsoft Offices, Internet & Email etc.….);
Be able to supervise, lead, coach and can work under pressure with less supervision;
Have strong commitment and high contribution to company’s vision, mission and core values;
Passed Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) for Handling Agent and Loading Personnel;
Must have valid Driving License at least category B;
Have good knowledge of Ground Support Equipment;
Be highly confident and motivated person;
Have good communication and behavior;
Be flexible and able to adapt new changes and challenges;
Be physically and mentally fit and can-do-attitude.
