  • Your assignments will mainly focus on:
  1. Supervising all passenger services activities and staffs including check-in, welcoming, announcing, boarding and customer support agent;
  2. Maintaining a good relationship with staffs, airlines and passengers and acts as representative of Cambodia Airports;
  3. Ensuring the high quality of customer service in accordance with the Service Level Agreements. Reporting to superiors in case of any irregularity;
  4. Working on shift rotation.
  • If you are/have:
  1. Post High School Certificate, Bachelor’s degree is preferred;
  2. Minimum three-year experiences related to aviation or airline industry;
  3. Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English, knowledge of any other languages is an advantage;
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  5. Proven experiences in team supervision and problem-solving skills;
  6. Good knowledge of computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email and Airlines’ check-in system is preferable);
  7. Building relationship;
  8. Proactive and stress tolerance;
  9. Physically and mentally fit;
  10. Adaptability and willing to learn new skills.
