SCOPE AND WORK OBJECTIVE
The Channel Marketing Executive for the Health Care Channel is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, product adoption, and sales growth of our Kaiia Brand within the healthcare sector. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Supply Chain, and customer service, to ensure that sales/marketing initiatives align with business objectives and effectively reach healthcare professionals, institutions, and facilities.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Channel Strategy Development:
- - Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the healthcare channel, focusing on promoting the health benefits of natural mineral water.
- - Identify key target segments within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, wellness centers and healthcare professionals.
- - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine channel strategies.
B. Sales Support:
- - Collaborate with the sales team to create and provide marketing tools that support the sales process within the healthcare channel.
- - Conduct training sessions for the sales team on the key benefits and features of the products, as well as the specific needs of the healthcare audience.
- - Monitor sales performance and work with the sales team to optimize strategies based on feedback and data analysis.
C. Partnerships and Relationships:
- - Establish and maintain partnerships with healthcare institutions, associations, and influencers to enhance brand credibility and reach.
- - Work with healthcare professionals to endorse and promote the health benefits of natural mineral water through testimonials, case studies, and joint campaigns.
D. Market Research and Insights:
- Conduct market research to gather insights on healthcare industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Use data and insights to inform marketing strategies, product development, and messaging.
- Regularly report on the performance of marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
E. Budget Management:
- - Manage the marketing budget for the healthcare channel, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
- - Track and report on budget spend, ensuring all activities are within the allocated budget.
F. Event Management:
- - Plan and coordinate participation in healthcare-related events, conferences, and trade shows.
- - Organize product demonstrations, sampling activities, and workshops to engage with healthcare professionals and institutions.
G. Another Task might be assigned by the Head of Marketing or Management team from time to time.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field. A background in healthcare or nutrition is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in channel marketing, preferably within the healthcare or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with healthcare professionals or institutions is highly desirable.
