  • Meet sales target as assigned by the management
  • Manage, motivate, train, develop, and coach the solution business unit
  • Observe competitor’s products and activities and consolidate and send the report to management
  • Train the sales team on product knowledge and selling skill.
  • Build and maintain relationships with dealers and customers.
  • Conduct sales force control to ensure the effectiveness of the sale team.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products
  • Resolve dealer & customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as monthly reports.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report to the management
  • Evaluate and identify sales performance of the team and explore opportunity to maximize business outcomes.
