- Lead the team in achieving targets and enhancing customer experience in alignment with the policies of the Foreign Trade Bank of Cambodia;
- Focus on achieving the annual sales target and fostering long-term sustainable growth by
implementing effective client retention and new client acquisition strategies;
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to structure trade finance transactions and customize solutions;
- Design and implement supply chain finance products to ensure that trade financing activities and related services comply with approved policies, applicable laws, and regulations;
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, and recommend market activities to achieve sales targets;
Understand clients’ needs and propose appropriate trade and supply chain solutions;
- Prepare budget plans and sales reports for senior management;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
