- Track and monitor project progress, ensure effective implementation of new card payment services/initiatives and perform post-implementation review after launch.
- Participates in Card Project with related parties (Risk,BA, IT, Finance, Compliance Department and Vendor) on producing of Business requirement, functional specification and technical System parameters configuration.
- Support and Fix all the transaction issues from all channels (ATM/POS/MOBILE/VISA & Master NET/CSS).
- Manage SIT, QA, and UAT activities with vendor and project stakeholders, and offer training to stakeholders/user
- Develop, evaluate and implement new features of card system for improving of Debit, Credit, and prepaid Card Operation and channels.
- Prepare Manual, procedure and guideline of Debit, prepaid, Credit Card Operation.
Working with Vendor to implement project and fix all system issues.
- Keep Monitoring System performance to up and running 24/7.
Experience with Internal Card Scheme such as Visa/Master/UPI to operate and manage both debit and credit card operations.
- Maintenance Switching and Testing System Environment (SIT/UAT).
- Prepare monthly System Performance Report and report to Managements and relevant teams.
