  • Job Description
  • - Recruitment Support
  • - Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • - Update recruitment tracking sheets.
  • - Support the preparation of HR letters, reports, and documents.
  • - HR Administration
  • - Training and Development Support
  • - Assist in training logistics (attendance, materials, evaluation forms).
  • - Support in compiling post-training feedback and reports.
  • - Employee Engagement
  • - Support in organizing employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • - Assist HR team members in daily operations and projects.
  • - Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

  • Job Requirement
  • - Basic understanding of HR functions (recruitment, training, employee relations).
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • - Good organizational and documentation skills.
  • - Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
