Job Description
- Recruitment Support
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Update recruitment tracking sheets.
- Support the preparation of HR letters, reports, and documents.
- HR Administration
- Training and Development Support
- Assist in training logistics (attendance, materials, evaluation forms).
- Support in compiling post-training feedback and reports.
- Employee Engagement
- Support in organizing employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Assist HR team members in daily operations and projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Job Requirement
- Basic understanding of HR functions (recruitment, training, employee relations).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
