Job Description
- Guide & assist customer to use the electronic service delivery channel,i.e., ATM,
CDM & ATM card.
- Data-entry and maintain all customer information and banking transaction
records in the Bank’s core banking system (CBS).
- Attend to customers’ needs and queries on the bank’s products and services and
direct them to available resources for assistance.
- Provide an accurate, efficient, and quality service that exceeds the customer’s
expectations. Ensure complaints are resolved expediently and to customers’
satisfaction.
- Serve as clarifying reference person and information point of contact, directing
persons and incoming calls to appropriate persons and department.
- Filling of all baking operations/transaction documents/record and prepare
teller/customer service-related reports.
- Exercise KYC and report to management on any suspicious transaction & fraud
case.’
- Promote & cross selling bank’s product.
Job Requirement
- Hold bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or a related field.
- Hold 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent in English proficiency both verbal and written and Chinese is a plus.
- Possess a very good understanding of service management initiatives, practices,
regulations, and related aspects of customer service.
- Responsibility is to provide exceptional service to clients managing customer
accounts, addressing inquires, and resolving any issues that may arise.
