Job Description

  • - Guide & assist customer to use the electronic service delivery channel,i.e., ATM,
  • CDM & ATM card.
  • - Data-entry and maintain all customer information and banking transaction
  • records in the Bank’s core banking system (CBS).
  • - Attend to customers’ needs and queries on the bank’s products and services and
  • direct them to available resources for assistance.
  • - Provide an accurate, efficient, and quality service that exceeds the customer’s
  • expectations. Ensure complaints are resolved expediently and to customers’
  • satisfaction.
  • - Serve as clarifying reference person and information point of contact, directing
  • persons and incoming calls to appropriate persons and department.
  • - Filling of all baking operations/transaction documents/record and prepare
  • teller/customer service-related reports.
  • - Exercise KYC and report to management on any suspicious transaction & fraud
  • case.’
  • - Promote & cross selling bank’s product.
     

Job Requirement

  • - Hold bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or a related field.
  • - Hold 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • - Excellent in English proficiency both verbal and written and Chinese is a plus.
  • - Possess a very good understanding of service management initiatives, practices,
  • regulations, and related aspects of customer service.
  • - Responsibility is to provide exceptional service to clients managing customer
  • accounts, addressing inquires, and resolving any issues that may arise.
