Job Description

- Cross Selling, acquire new potential Retail & SME customers to promote
bank product and services to achieve the target.
- Processing loan application for submission include visit, write up, prepare,
verify all other supporting document for credit assessment
recommendation.
- Prepare loan agreement, customer sign up, hypothecation process and
drawdown process.
- To follow up all pre and post disbursement conditions.
- Conduct annual review for existing customer follow by guideline.
- Do collection and Manage PAR performance with action plan to settle it.
- To grow new Retail & SME customer and maintain existing customers by
building strong relationship with them.
- Attend to all Retail & SME customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and
customers’ satisfaction.
- To monitor all loan documents to ensure proper filing.
- Other duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Min. 4-5 years’ experience in credit proposal in commercial bank.
- Experience on financial products sale.
- Basic understand of Retail and SME customer with assessment skills of
credit risk.
- Be able to use English or Chinese is a plus.
- Proactive, flexible, and good team player.
- Result driven and passion to succeed.
- Strong interpersonal, lead team, and communication.
