- Help in maintaining inventory records for office supplies, equipment and other asse. This may involve keeping track of stock levels, identifying reorder needs and ensuring timely replenishment
- Assist in maintaining accurate documentation related to procurement activities,
contract and agreement. This may include filing paperwork, updating database and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with order department, such as Finance and Operations to broaden support for the Bank’s goals and initiatives. This might involve participating in meeting, providing input on procurement needs and assisting with special project as assigned.

Job Requirement
- Fresh Graduate or Currently pursuing studies.
- Have good command of English usage of both written and verbal communication.
- Possessing understanding of administration and procurement and office management.
