Job Description: 

  • Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads, Tik Tok, and YouTube 
  • Conduct basic research on target audiences and competitor ads 
  • Help track and organize campaign assets (ad copies, visuals, UTM links) 
  • Ensure campaigns are launched on time and within budget 
  • Monitor ad performance and flag issues or underperformance to the team 
  • Learn to interpret key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPR, CPM, and ROAS 
  • Stay up to date on digital ad trends and new platform features

 

Job Requirement: 

  • 1-2 of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or media buying 
  • Strong interest in social media platforms and how ads work on them 
  • Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads (training will be provided) 
  • Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks
