Key Responsibilities:
• Manage partnerships with delivery platforms (GrabFood, Foodpanda, etc.) including menu setup and pricing.
• Monitor order accuracy, packaging quality, and delivery timeliness.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to prioritize and fulfill delivery orders without affecting in-house operations.
• Track daily delivery sales and identify top-performing items.
• Optimize delivery menus for profitability and customer demand.
• Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with third-party platforms for issue resolution.
• Ensure packaging is cost-effective, eco-friendly, and maintains food quality.
• Work with marketing to promote cinema F&B on delivery apps.
• Prepare delivery performance reports and suggest new strategies.
• Identify opportunities to expand delivery business (e.g., ghost kitchens, new zones).
Job Requirement:
• 2–3 years of experience in delivery, logistics, or operations management.
• Knowledge of food delivery platforms (Grab, Foodpanda, etc.) and digital ordering systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage fast order turnaround.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across teams
