Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all catering inquiries from corporate clients, private screenings, and special events.
• Prepare customized catering proposals, including menu design and pricing.
• Plan and organize catering logistics: staff allocation, equipment, food preparation, and transportation.
• Coordinate closely with the cinema operations team for event setup.
• Ensure smooth execution of events with timely service and quality food presentation.
• Monitor food safety and hygiene during catering events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to encourage repeat business.
• Track catering revenues, expenses, and profitability for reporting.
• Gather client feedback post-event and implement improvements.
• Work with marketing and sale team to promote catering packages and seasonal offerings.
Qualifications:
• 2–3 years of experience in catering, events, or banquet operations.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of catering logistics, food presentation, and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours (weekends, evenings, events).
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
