Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field - 3-5 years of experience in product development, menu innovation, or R&D in the F&B sector - Strong culinary knowledge and creativity in designing profitable menu items - Experience in recipe standardisation, costing, and food trials - Knowledge of food safety standard and regulatory compliance - Strong project management and problem solving skills - Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross department teams - passion for food trends and consumer innovation
