- Develop and produce high-quality artwork and materials for internal communications, social media posts, branding materials, merchandise, infographics, and more, in the form of static artwork, gifs, or motion graphics. - Plan creative concepts by researching relevant information and materials.
- Illustrate ideas by preparing drafts that define layout, arrangement, typography, and style, and submit for approval.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and communication standards, maintaining consistency across all channels.
- Conceptualise and execute visuals based on briefs and requirements.
- Design assets using professional design software (Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Maintain a high standard of creativity, aesthetics, and attention to detail in all deliverables.
- Perform additional tasks or duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of illustrations, graphics, and creative work.
- Proficiency in design software and tools (Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After effects, etc.).
- A keen eye for visual aesthetics, composition, and detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work methodically, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- A Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
